Eric is a senior finance and operations executive with a proven record of leading organizations through financial transformation, operational turnarounds, and strategic growth. As the founder of Cornerstone Metrics, Eric partners with businesses to drive lasting success through financial insight, operational discipline, and strong leadership. As a graduate of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a CFA Charterholder, Eric has developed a strong understanding of how finance plays a pivotal role in maturing small businesses into high-growth ventures. With a career spanning Fortune 500 companies, major health systems, and private equity-backed firms, Eric is trusted by executive teams to bring both stability and momentum to complex financial challenges.
Over the past two decades, Eric has led high-impact projects involving distressed companies, restructurings, business underwriting, and enterprise-wide financial system implementations. He’s known for building robust reporting frameworks, restoring financial integrity, and empowering operational leaders with the tools and insights they need to succeed. Eric also has deep experience in managing highly successful teams within challenging environments and cultures.
